4-week Mindful Mediation Series
Description: Begin your week with stress reducing mindful mediation and breathing techniques. Mindful Meditation is holistic and provides many healing benefits some of which include reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, improves well-being, enhances mental focus, lowers high blood pressure, aids in restful sleep, and helps with navigating chronic pain. This four-week series is accessible for all levels of experience, from the novice to the seasoned meditator. Come sit with us and begin your busy week with an improved sense of peace, calm, and equanimity.

Sliding Scale Cost: $40 – $200 per person
