Benefits of Private Sessions
Private yoga sessions are tailored to meet your specific goals. Before we begin, I will gather relevant information about your health and previous experiences with Yoga. It is especially important for me to know about any chronic or acute health conditions that may alter your range of physical mobility and/or any goals you are working to achieve through your practice. We will work together to build a yoga practice that suits your individual needs, whether it be focusing on increasing your physical strength, improving your flexibility, or exploring the therapeutic benefits of mindful breathing and meditation to help decrease stress and anxiety, or exploring Yoga Philosophy more in depth.
Our sessions can be held in the comforts of your home, or at a designated yoga studio located in the West Seattle neighborhood, or simply avoid the commute and enjoy virtual session(s) on the Zoom platform – plus all Zoom sessions include a recording for you to enjoy in the future.
