The Summer Series presents a 4 week Series of Yin Yoga and Mindful Meditation. Please join us every Wednesday evening beginning June 21st and experience the quiet and meditative nature of Yin Yoga. Within each session you can slow down, relax, and turn inwards to help decrease stress and restore your energy level. Each session will include calming breathwork and mindful meditation helpful to support and regulate the nervous system while creating a calm and relaxed state of mind. Every session is adaptable to all levels of experience and is based on a sliding scale.
Private yoga sessions are designed to meet your specific needs and goals. Together we will create a practice that will meet your individual requirements. All levels of experience is welcome and sliding scale fee is available.
