Throughout our 4 week Series you can explore what mindfulness is and how to weave it into your meditation practice with practical techniques inspired from Yoga and Buddhism. Mindful Meditation is effective in reducing stress and anxiety levels so you can live with more peace and joy. Each session is adaptable to all levels of experience and is based on a sliding scale.
