All Levels Class Description: All Level classes embrace the range of unique diversity within each individual. Every class will provide support and adaptations so you can explore a healthy range of mobility. You will receive continual support and encouragement to move at your own pace, allowing you to intensify or reduce and simplify your practice as needed. All Level classes incorporates mindful movement, meditation and pranayama (breathwork) designed to unify your mind and body, while decreasing stress and supporting your energy.
Yin Yoga Class Description: Yin Yoga is appropriate for everyone and especially those who enjoy slowing down and holding yoga asanas (yoga postures) for longer periods of time, approx. 3 – 10 minutes per posture. Yin Yoga postures help to target the deeper layers of connective tissue and fascia and allow for gentle release of tightness and tension and aids in promoting improved joint mobility. Due to the slower moving and still nature of Yin Yoga the practice allows for deeper connection to your breath and helps to slow down the busy mind while creating a stable foundation for mindful meditation and stress reduction.
Classes will be on Zoom which includes recordings of each session
