Whidbey Island in winter with no snow

2026 Winter Yoga Retreat – Whidbey Island, WA

Welcome to the 2026 Winter Yoga Retreat

Whidbey Island, WA

I’m grateful you’re joining us for this year’s retreat. Our weekend together is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and nourish yourself as we enter the new year and the quieter winter season.

We’ll explore supportive practices—mindful movement, pranayama, meditation, Ayurvedic seasonal wellness, Japa Yoga, Mantra, and Mala. Each offered to help you settle, reset, and recharge. Whidbey Island’s peaceful landscape provides the perfect backdrop to return to what feels grounding and restorative.

Below you’ll find the packing list, schedule, and additional resources with a link to a printable PDF to support your experience. I look forward to welcoming you on Friday the 30th.

With gratitude,
Alex
