What is AyurYoga?
AyurYoga is an integrated wellness practice that brings together the ancient principles of Ayurveda with the physical and spiritual practices of Yoga, offering a customized approach to support each individual’s unique constitution. By combining the personalized healing methods of Ayurveda with the benefits of Yoga, AyurYoga offers a comprehensive path to well-being with enhanced vitality and reduced stress. In addition, AyurYoga helps in supporting the wellbeing of your body, mind, and spirit and considers seasonal and environmental factors to provide a customized practice that supports and continues to evolve with your unique needs. Through weaving together Ayurveda and Yoga, known as “The Two Sister Sciences”, you can achieve a deeper and more peaceful connection with yourself and the natural world, leading to a more balanced life.
AyurYoga Wellness Services:
Option 1: 90-minute AyurYoga Session:
Cost: Sliding Scale: $150 – $450
Your 90-minute AyurYoga session includes the following:
- Complementary 30-minute clarity call to confirm that this is the right choice for you
- Orientation to the Dosha Questionnaire
- Review of your Dosha Questionnaire
- Understanding of your Prakruti and Vikruti
- Recommendations of foods, spice blends, herbal remedies, yoga asanas (mindful movement), pranayamas (mindful breathing techniques), and meditations to best support your unique constitution
- Outline of your Dinacharya (daily routines to help support balance for your unique constitution)
- Ayurvedic Resource Manuel (including simple Ayurvedic recipes)
- One 60-minute virtual Yoga session formatted for your unique constitution *(offer expires after 30 days) *
- Two 30-minute virtual follow up sessions after 60 days and 90 days
Option 2: 12-month Seasonal AyurYoga Wellness Program:
Cost: Sliding Scale $500 – $1200 (payment plans available)
Your 12-month Seasonal AyurYoga Wellness Program includes the following:
- Complimentary 30-minute clarity call to confirm that this is the right choice for you
- Orientation to the Dosha Questionnaire
- Review of your Dosha Questionnaire
- Understanding of your Prakruti and Vikruti
- Recommendations of foods, spice blends, herbal remedies, yoga asanas (mindful movement), pranayamas (mindful breathing techniques), and meditations to best support your unique constitution
- Outline of your Dinacharya (daily routines to help support balance for your unique constitution)
- Ayurvedic Resource Manuel (including simple Ayurvedic recipes)
- Introduction to kitchari including recipe and health benefits of eating a mono diet
- Option to eat a mono diet of kitchari during each seasonal transition
- Four 60-minute quarterly Yoga sessions for seasonal support (in person or virtual option)
- Five 15-minute recorded Pranayama and Mindful Meditation sessions
- 30-minute virtual check in each season
- Two 30-minute follow up virtual sessions after 6 months and 12 months of completing the wellness program
