Spring Yoga Retreat at Cedar Tree House

Join Alex at the Cedar Tree House for a relaxing and nourishing weekend of exploring Yoga and feasting upon locally sourced and organically grown culinary delights. The Cedar Tree House, located near Bellingham, WA, is nestled in an old growth forest and provides a peaceful environment where you can dive deeper into your Yoga practice, connect with the rhythms of nature and recharge yourself as we transition into Spring. Every detail is thoughtfully attended to including, daily yoga classes, delicious and lovingly prepared meals, followed with plenty of free time to explore the natural surroundings, or receive a massage, and relax in the hot tub.

Step inside the Yurt for our daily Yoga classes and learn more about the therapeutic and healing benefits of the “Two Sister Sciences”,Yoga and Ayurveda. Each Yoga class will include Asanas (physical postures), Pranayamas (breathing techniques), and meditations that are seasonally aligned to create an overall sense of vitality as we come out of Winter hibernation and emerge into the dynamic and creative energy of Spring.

Your stay at Cedar Tree House includes organic vegetarian and/or pescetarian meals. Our chef thoughtfully chooses each ingredient and outsources from local farmers to create the freshest in local and seasonal Northwest cuisine.

Tonya’s Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian Massage) inspired massages address tension in the body by taking a holistic approach to health in an effort to promote peace, tranquility, and ease.
