Benefits of Private Sessions
Private yoga sessions are tailored to meet your specific goals. Before we begin, I will gather relevant information about your health and previous experiences with Yoga. It is especially important for me to know about any chronic or acute health conditions that may alter your range of physical mobility and/or any goals you are working to achieve through your practice. Regardless of where your practice is, we will work together to increase your physical strength as well as improve your flexibility and expand your breath awareness.
I recommend holding the sessions in the comforts of your home. This allows you to carve a space out in your home that is specifically dedicated to your yoga practice – keep in mind you don’t need much room, I know folks who have turned their walk-in closets into their practice space! As a result of having your very own dedicated practice space, you’ll be able to establish a regular routine, advance towards your goals, and maintain a workable practice schedule.
If having the private session in your home is not an option I have studio space available.

Accepting individuals or small groups (maximum of four people)
60 minute = $50
90 minute = $75
